Clyde South is being planned as one of Melbourne's largest Horizon-2 precincts — approximately ~13,200 homes and +1,400 jobs across a walkable, mixed-use community centred on a local town centre.

    Retail, community and civic uses activate the heart of the precinct.
  4. Stage 4
    A maturing community
    Schools, parks and services grow with the population.
